Most of the port hydraulic structures operating on the inland waterways of the Russian Federation were commissioned 25 or more years ago and have developed normative service life. In the conditions of development of fleet and reloading equipment, physical and moral aging of berthing facilities is rapidly taking place-much faster than before. That’s why well-timed and high-quality repair of transport hydraulic structures is a necessary condition for ensuring their effective, long-term and trouble-free operation.
